Body Infusion™ is proud to announce its first Body Infusion™ workshop. Wednesday, June 12th from 7-9pm at Body Infusion™.
*Prerequisites to teach class following the workshop: Group Exercise Certification, Yoga Certification, and/or Personal Training Certification; CPR Certification; and 10 classes to be taken at Body Infusion™ by Heather or Rose. These can be completed post workshop but need to be completed prior to teaching the class.

Always wondering what to eat prior to your favorite butt kicking class or fitness routine? Here are a few suggestions:
1. Hard-boiled egg whites- Basically, I think eggs are the BEST breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack around. I love them any way! They are a good source of lean protein and are even better if you skip the yolk. A couple hard-boiled egg whites before a workout will really get you ready to pump those muscles. Like the yolk too? Eat one hard-boiled egg with a slice of whole wheat toast.
2. Low fat yogurt with 1/2 of a banana- This is a great marriage...yogurt has the protein you need and fruits are a great source of carbs.
3. String cheese and a couple crackers- Light, quick and simple.
4. Energy/protein bar (or shake)- I like Spirutein's Oreo the best but most of their brands are amazing. Want this post workout? Add a scoop of protein...peanut butter, maybe? This is even an amazing dessert to curb that evening craving.
5. A medium apple with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter- Accessible and simple.
6. 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of fruit (pineapple, berries, etc.)

Healthy Snack: Frozen Blueberries With 14 Whole Almonds
Forget ice cubes, here are two perfect foods to keep in your freezer for the ultimate crunchy paradise. Simply freeze blueberries on a piece of wax paper and once frozen add them to a container of almonds for a quick anytime snack.
Healthy Snack: Air Popped Popcorn With Unsweetened Cocoa
