In this specialty session we will combine cardio with strength. We will use the TRX suspension trainer to work every muscle group, alternating with the spin bike for cardio drills. It will be a great combination of the two, you won't have a minute to think of how intense the workout is--there is no stopping!! We will be moving as quickly as we can from one interval to the other. If you are looking to take your workout to the next level-- this challenge is for you!
